Terms of Sale for LemmeChew

1. Introduction
These Terms of Sale establish the agreement between LemmeChew (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and you, the customer, regarding the purchase of products from our website. By placing an order with LemmeChew, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Contract Formation
An order placed by you on the LemmeChew website constitutes an offer to purchase the products. The contract between you and LemmeChew is formed when we send you a confirmation email that your order has been dispatched. Only the products listed in the confirmation email are included in the contract.

3. Pricing and Availability
All prices listed on the LemmeChew website are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We strive to ensure that all product details and prices on our website are accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing error for any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible to offer the option of confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we cannot contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled.

4. Payment
Payment for all orders must be made through the payment methods available on our website at the time of your order. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase. You confirm that the credit/debit card or payment account being used is yours or that you have full authorization from the owner to use it.

5. Delivery
Delivery timescales and charges vary depending on the delivery option you choose and the location of delivery. While we aim to meet the stated delivery times, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third-party carriers. We are not liable for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or other third-party delays.

6. Returns and Refunds
You may return purchased products within 14 days of receipt if they are in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund or exchange according to your preference. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or not as described.

7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so at any time before the order is dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, you will need to wait for receipt of the goods and then follow our returns procedure.

8. Liability
While we ensure that all products are of high quality, we do not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expenses, including loss of profits, which may arise out of or in connection with the purchase and use of our products. Our total liability in connection with any individual order shall not exceed the total value of that order.

These Terms of Sale and any disputes arising from or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LemmeChew operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms of Sale.
